satisfied but curtains need attention
The staff greeted us warmly, making check-in smooth. The cleanliness of the room was impressive, with fresh towels and bedding that added to our comfort.
The curtains in the room were not adequately blocking out the light, which made it hard for us to sleep in the morning.

Had a great time on a road trip with friends. The room was spacious and really clean. We loved exploring the nearby Wookey Hole Caves and enjoying the local delicacies. Staff were super helpful and made us feel welcome.
The tight entry way to the car park was a bit nerve-wracking with a hire car.

The front desk staff were super friendly and I loved the cozy common area for relaxing with a book after a long day. The hotel has a lovely little garden where you can unwind and a nice lounge to enjoy some downtime. The only downside was that the carpets could use a bit of a clean, but overall, it was a comfy stay! 🌟

The room was cozy and just what we needed for a quick stay. The shower worked great and had plenty of hot water. I loved relaxing by the garden area with some fresh coffee in hand, though a few minor repairs around the hotel would really spruce things up nicely. I’d recommend it for a comfy night’s rest! 🙂

I enjoyed the friendly staff and their helpfulness during our stay. The room was spacious and tidy, perfect for our needs. Located just off the M74, it made traveling easy. McDonald's nearby was a big plus for quick meals. I did notice the place could use some updates. Some areas felt a bit worn down, like the bathroom fixtures and furniture. it had a noisy traffic outside, which was distracting at times. it served its purpose well for our one night stop.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel while visiting Wookey Hole Caves, a fun spot for the kids to explore. The room was spacious enough for our family, and the staff greeted us with warmth and provided everything we needed.
My kids wished for softer beds for better sleep.

the young man on reception was super nice and friendly, he made us feel welcome even tho we arrived late. the room was clean, and we had extra pillows without asking which was cool. the temperature was just right and the bed was really comfy, perfect for a family night. my family enjoyed the stay a lot, and it was great for a quick stop.
however, the location was kinda noisy with all the traffic, and we wouldve liked better wi-fi. also, the furniture looked a bit old and tired.
