Comforts of double room were fabulous - flat-screen television, a coffee machine and a writing desk. The bed was exceptionally comfortable as expected. The location was quiet and handy, within easy walking distance of Vue Cinema.

The accommodation was good and we have no complaints there. Comfortable with polite and helpful staff.
On arrival I was told that Hamilton was the only one of the group who did not include breakfast in the tariff and I would have to add £45 to my cost. This was not specified on the web site. The worst part of our stay was in the dining area. Every item of cutlery was stained, not with food but apparently from the dishwasher. We had to clean every item on each of our three days. The tables had obviously been wiped but were sticky and we had to ensure the cutlery we had cleaned and ourselves did not come into contact with it. Really not good enough.

Helpful receptionist.Nearby Strathclyde Park for running and exercise
1. Food and poor cleanliness at neighboring Road Chef 2. Road- side noise.

The comfortable rooms, tea making facilities and the location was superb for what we wanted......the added bonus of watching the squirrels playing outside our hotel window in the morning was a delight to watch.

We chose to stay at this hotel for the location. It is a Motorway service area but it is also very close to a country park and a retail park if you need to do any shopping. Staff were very friendly and helpful at check in. Great that this hotel accepts dogs, there is a £10 charge.
Days Inn is room only. Breakfast is purchased at the Roadchef on site which in our opinion was not great.

It was just a well-suited match for a break on long journey in Hamilton with good value considering price it charged. The staff were super friendly and made me feel welcomed . Check the reception hours if you're arriving late.

Had to stay at this hotel because Kings Hotel in Glascow screwed up my reservation. No soap in room, no accomodations for three people. Rate was higher than what I was to pay at Kings Hotel

The staff were friendly and informative. Very helpful receptionist looked up directions on the internet for me. She also remembered the reason for my visit, mother in hospital, and asked how she was when I returned to the hotel, she died. It was nice, that in an anonymous hotel, the touch of humanity made me feel less alone. Thanks.
Since taking over from Premier, I'd stayed before, I thought you might have done something about the potholed driveway - it's still awful. Basic maintenance in the rooms is failing. My room, 13, has the flooring coming away from the bath, the bath seals are black, although I saw they had recently been resealed. I think the charges are extortionate, and not even breakfast included, for a budget hotel. I would recommend this hotel only for it's convenient location.
